On the way to Voi, we once again encountered zebras and elephants — a final, impressive glimpse of Africa’s remarkable wildlife. In Voi, we charged the VW ID. Buzz for the last time during our journey across Africa at a Kenya Power charging station.
We then continued toward Mombasa. Along the way, young herders repeatedly crossed the road with their cattle — a familiar scene that had accompanied us throughout many stages of the trip.
Upon arriving in Mombasa, we headed to KĂĽhne + Nagel to organize the shipment of the VW ID. Buzz and discuss the next steps.
With this, an extraordinary chapter came to an end — our final day in Africa.
