New Borders Ahead – Entering Kuwait

From Baghdad, we headed towards our next border: Kuwait.

Ahead of us were long stretches through an endless desert. Along the way, we passed oil pumps, huge power lines and, every now and then, camels crossing our path.

Kuwait City was 588 km from our last charging station. With temperatures reaching 47°C, we had to drive carefully. At times, we reduced our speed to around 40 km/h and switched off the air conditioning to save energy.

Finally, we reached Kuwait City with just 0% battery and 4 km remaining.

Made it! Now it was time to charge, cool down and take a deep breath.
