From Kampala to Kenya – Through Tea Plantations Toward Nairobi

At around 2:00 a.m., we charged the VW ID. Buzz in Kampala before continuing our journey toward the Kenyan border. It was Sunday, and you could clearly feel it — many locals were out and about in their traditional clothing, bringing life to the streets and villages along our route.

After crossing the border into Kenya, we made a short intermediate charging stop before continuing toward Nairobi. Along the way, the road led us through vast green tea plantations stretching across the gentle hills of the landscape.
