Through Everyday Life in Tanzania – Heading for Iringa

The day began with fresh fish being sold along the roadside. Along the route, we also saw bricks being made directly beside the road from clay and mud.

Along the way, we encountered numerous motorcycles, often heavily loaded. After a short charging stop and refilling the tire pressure, we continued our journey.

Several herds of cattle crossed our path before we met a tour bus carrying European travelers — a brief moment of international encounter on an otherwise very local route.

Late in the evening, we finally reached Iringa, where we were able to charge the vehicle again and bring the day to a close.
