From Oslo to Stockholm – Rain, Roadtrip, and the First Ferry of the Tour

This morning, we continued our journey and crossed the border from Sweden into Norway. Our destination: Oslo.

There, we were warmly welcomed early in the day by our partner Volkswagen Norway – despite the typical Scandinavian weather: rain, just as expected. We took some photos on site and had a valuable exchange about the project and the upcoming stages. Thank you to Torkel for the warm hospitality!

We then continued our route toward Stockholm. Shortly after leaving Oslo, we crossed the next border – back into Sweden – followed by around six hours of driving through the peaceful heart of the country.

In the afternoon, the skies began to clear slightly, and we took the opportunity to capture some unique shots – including a striking hot rod and a typical Swedish-style house.

Once we arrived in Stockholm, we were welcomed by the Akexander from Volkswagen Stockholm – a great way to close out this Scandinavian mainland stage of the tour.

We then headed straight to our ferry SILJA SYPHONY. We are now on board, en route to Helsinki – with arrival expected in around 16 hours.
