GOODBYE AMERICA

The last days in Brazil started with the biggest presentation of Giti Tire in Itajaí, where we were welcomed into a huge facility surrounded by high walls with hundreds of tires. The entire setting looked like a science-fiction location, and the view from above was perfect for the wide-angle lens.

After that, we drove toward São Paulo, passing along the coast of Santos first, where we saw the sea again on a rainy morning. On the way up to São Paulo, we took a highway that crossed a beautiful green forest.

In the following days, we had a final presentation at Maxion Wheels and the closing event at the Volkswagen headquarters in São Paulo, a massive and historic facility of the company. The presentation brought together all the sponsors of the project, and the ID.Buzz looked great among the classic VW models on display in the exhibition room. After that, we drove to Sorocaba for a meeting with the TÜV NORD team and media journalists.

The final stage of our journey in America on the World Tour was to drive back to Santos to ship our ID.Buzz by vessel to Morocco. A huge thank you to all our sponsors for hosting us and supporting us along the way. It was a truly amazing adventure.
