Crossing the Border into Iraq

In Izmir, we picked up our cameraman Tristan from Teakler-Produktion, who had already accompanied us on our Africa tour. Together, we continued our journey towards Iraq.

Late in the evening, we reached the Iraqi border, where our guide was already waiting for us. After a quick stop for dinner, we continued towards Erbil.

We drove through the entire night and reached Baghdad the following morning. There was little time to rest, as a Giti Show was already waiting for us in Baghdad.

Our Iraq adventure had officially begun.
